Friday Favorites Align Pants

Today’s Friday Favorites is going to revolve around what may be the most incredible leggings of all time. They fit like a dream! Are “standard” sizing, but works perfectly for maternity and postpartum! And are softer than silk. Oh, and did I mention – not cheap?

I know this may come as a slight shock that cheapskate me is obsessed with these $98 leggings. But y’all, once you put them on you won’t want to take them off.

Lululemon’s magical leggings

Lululemon’s Align Pant has some kind of magic interwoven into the material. Like there are times I have to stop myself and check I’m wearing pants. That’s how lightweight and buttery they are.

Not only is the fabric amazing, but the fit is *chef’s kiss*. No matter how many times you want to practice your “buss it” moves, these leggings aren’t going anywhere. They’re high waisted, yes! But it’s more than that. Between squats and downward dogs and cycling, there’s NO TUG! Especially as someone with a long torso, high waist and long legs this is NOT an easy feat.

Something to note – they run big! “Normal” me wears a size 8, “pandemic” me wears a size 10, and even at almost halfway through this pregnancy, I’m still in a size 10. However, I will say the size 12s are going to be my preference as soon as my hips and/or belly pop more.

But no worries, shipping, and returns are fast and free with Lululemon so my best suggestion is to order your normal size and one size down so you can try and compare! Although fair warning. Once you try them, you’ll get the insane hype surrounding them! Money-saving tip – you can find them from places like Poshmark. I do set alerts for listings because they can go fast!

This fleece sweatshirt! Wearing a size large in the white, this is on heavy rotation. I love that it has thumb holes and that they’re long enough for my stretch-Armstrong wanna-be limbs. The funnel neck gives it just enough to make it feel *chic*, especially with the tunic-ish length.

My go-to throw-on sneakers right now. And there’s a 20% target circle coupon! They’re under $25 but look way more expensive, crazy cute, and definitely comfy. Plus, my 4-year-old is obsessed with them and tells me I’m a fast cheetah when I wear them. So, ya know. Win-win.
