As terrible as the circumstances are, the core focus of the BLM movement is finally being heard by SO many and it is about time.
I’ve noticed that a lot of my friends and followers on social media were looking for new Instagram influencer accounts to help diversify their feeds so I put together a handful of my favorite Black Instagram influencers that you need to be following. Like, right now.
There are a ton of incredible influencers that use their social media platforms to promote equality and racial justice, but if you want to diversify your Instagram feed I suggest following the best Black Instagram influencers. And at this moment in time, it’s more important than ever to support these voices. Because #BlackLivesMatter is not just a trend. This is why you should take a small step in supporting the Black community by hitting that follow button on these Black-owned fashion, travel, and beauty content creators that seriously bomb!
1. Lee Litumbe | Travel
Follow Lee Litumbe’s Instagram to add some color that will brighten up your feed. Years ago, the Cameroonian-American quit her corporate finance job and started exploring Africa. Along the way, she realized that Africans needed to tell their stories of what it was like to travel through Africa and she did a mighty fine job at capturing the beauty of this amazing continent and shared it with the rest of the world.
