Gin and Tonics are kind of my favorite beverage ever. Crisp, fresh and so many layers of flavor. Now imagine a delicious gin and tonic… upgraded.
Say hello to my current favorite drink:
A rosemary grapefruit gin and tonic.
You’re welcome in advance for this delicious Summer drink.
I can already see it: sitting in the backyard under the tree in the shade, a respite from Summer’s heat. Every sip an instant “ahhhh”.
Ingredients:
- 3 oz Gin
- 8 oz Fever-Tree Sparkling Pink Grapefruit (or any type of grapefruit juice, I use IZZE Sparkling Grapefruit Juice if I can’t find Fever Tree)
- Rosemary Sprig
- Slice of fresh grapefruit (or really any citrus will do)
How to make a Rosemary Grapefruit Gin and Tonic:
- Add Gin and sparking grapefruit in a glass filled with ice.
- Top with a grapefruit slice and add a sprig of rosemary.
- Enjoy!
