April Amazon Maternity Fashion Try On

Apparently Amazon has a new service super similar to Stitch Fix. You get to pick up to 8 items and try them on in the comfort of your own home for seven days! Your card isn’t charged for those 7 days, and you still have up to 30 days to decide to return something as well. I love this for so many reasons! One, I don’t have to leave the house. Two, it’s totally free. And it finally gives me a way to try on multiple pairs of maternity jeans and other clothing without having to rack up huge amounts on my credit card.

Here’s what I tried this month:

Maternity Overalls.

You guys geeked out over these with me yesterday! I went with a size Large based on sizing chart, and I’m glad I did for my wide hips. Non maternity floral dress.

I keep seeing this in my suggested items on Amazon and finally bit the bullet and ordered. It’s super lightweight and flowy, and while it’s not maternity it definitely can accommodate a bump! Buttons all down the front are fully functional so it’s not only maternity friendly, but postpartum and nursing friendly as well. I’d stick with your normal size for this one. I went with a large and think it’s great for now, but I’m tempted to try a medium to compare. And TONS of options for colors / prints!

Off the shoulder ruffle maxi.

This was a surprise for me! I normally have a serious distaste for off the shoulder dresses, but something about this made me want to try it. And for less than $26 I figured why not?! LOVE the fabric – super soft and flowy, and so lightweight without being see through which is perfect for how hot it already is here in SoCal. This is not maternity, but totally works with a 34 week bump! And I envision it so beautifully for a maternity shoot or even postpartum for a family newborn shoot. It’s super “mombod” friendly, and has easy nursing access too! I ordered a size Large in the color purple gray.

Green floral maternity dress.

Excuse me while I obsess over this beauty! AND IT’S ON SALE!! Under $35 and this is seriously a stunner. It would be so perfect for a date night, office, or something where you have to get dressed up. But it’s also a cotton blend so it’s easy enough to just wear wherever! Zach walked in while I was trying this on and told me I wasn’t allowed to return it, ha. LOVE THIS. I went with a size Large based on the size chart for my hips and it’s perfection.
