In fact, a few of the ladies in the check-out lines save stickers for the boys, because they know it’s their favorite. And one of the gentlemen that helps with stock always comes out and says hello, bringing with him a sample of some awesome new product they got in store.

Thanks to my love of thrifting, we have tons of amazing baskets. I love presenting gifts in these, because they can be reused afterwards. I lined the basket with a scarf I picked up from a front display at Albertsons on Broadway, as it really made everything feel so much more cozy and Hygge. The boys and I went through the aisles and also picked out:

To drink:

My mom and I can get down on some tea. But we don’t like weak flavors. When I was little, we always put on the kettle and made the most amazing orange tea. It immediately warmed me from the inside, out, and made me feel better. So it was a no brainer to include the Signature RESERVE Cranberry Blood Orange and Hibiscus Berry Loose Leaf Teas. I’ve started making a large batch, and putting half in the refrigerator for later. The Cranberry Blood Orange is seriously amazing. It has a kind of holiday feel to it, so it’s perfect for this time of year especially.

Are you ready for this? After the suggestion from one of the Albertsons employees, we found the most delicious pairing for an after dinner treat. Signature RESERVE Madagascar Vanilla Bean Ice Cream, and Pecan Pie Filling. No sweet tooth can resist! Don’t get me wrong, the Madagascar Vanilla is amazing on it’s own. Actually, we had to go buy more because Zach inhaled a carton one day after adding it to the top of his cherry danish. But the bourbon aged pecan pie filling is out of this world. And together with the authentic vanilla bean ice cream – YUM. Literally a match made in heaven.

To make memories:

Since we’re moving in a few weeks, our biggest thing right now is creating quality time with family. The boys had the most amazing idea of creating a coupon book for Grammy and PopPop! Full of ideas of fun and easy and “Hygge” ideas to do together. We came up with a list of 6 different Hygge coupon gift ideas! Things like “movie and snuggles”, “breakfast in bed”, “game night” and “baking together”. All things the boys said they loved doing most with their grandparents.
