I’ve really been trying to get dressed this pregnancy, you know, in something other than yoga shorts and maternity tank tops. The hardest part of staying stylish while pregnant has been riding both maternity and non maternity clothing that will accommodate not only my growing belly, but my growing hips as well, because let’s be honest, my hips officially have their own area code. I haven’t been very successful in finding cute summer maternity outfits that are based around shorts or pants, so I’m living in maxis, and loving how easy breezy they are!
The other problem with maternity clothes shopping? The price tags! It’s hard for me to justify buying clothing that I’ll only wear for a few months before they go back into a tub that sits in the garage until I get pregnant and start showing again. I’m all about finding affordable fashion that works for pregnancy, postpartum and beyond that looks and feels like it’s made to last!
I recently partnered up with INC International Concepts, available exclusively at Macy’s, to showcase some of the newer bohemian pieces. This Tie-Dyed Maxi Dress (affiliate links) might just be my favorite thing ever! The material is so so soft and moves beautifully. While it’s not a maternity dress, the soft buttery fabric stretches to accommodate my growing belly and hips, and the black and white tie-dyed print is so fun! I love that not only is the bohemian vibe of the dress, purse and shoes super on trend for summer right now, but also wearable enough for every day and easy on my wallet – the trifecta of wardrobe perfection!
P.S. This Venice fringe tote bag with removable pouch? Magical. Mary Poppins would be jealous, and the removable inner pouch is basically a complimentary built in organizer, which makes for an instant chic diaper bag! I get SO many compliments on this beauty every time I wear it out, and it is the perfect bag to go with everything!
Go check out all of INC International Concepts’ fashion-forward and affordable collection, and let me know your favorites!

What an elegant look! The tie dye even looks as though it were designed to highlight your baby belly. So much better than the overalls and tent dresses I wore when I was pregnant! I love the tote bag too 🙂
