Over the past few weeks, many of you have been complimenting the bar necklaces that I’ve been wearing in my photos. The gorgeous custom hand stamped necklaces were made by the talented Brittany, of B.Stamped Jewelry, and they have basically become my wardrobe staple since they arrived on my doorstep last month!

Brittany, the mama behind the Etsy shop B.Stamped, worked as a registered nurse before she had her first son. While she loved her job, she wanted to find a way to stay at home. She has always had a creative outlet; Brittany learned to crochet in high school and DIY-crafted most of the decorations her my wedding. She started noticing hand-stamped jewelry at craft shows and was intrigued, so she decided to go and buy some supplies to try it out. Her original goal was to create personalized items for friends and family, but it quickly grew into a full-time business in a matter of months!
Her children have always been Brittany’s biggest inspiration for starting and continuing to grow her business, but her customers are also a major source of inspiration. All of the items in Brittany’s shop are personal and customized by hand. Brittany wants customers to have a great journey throughout the purchasing process so that they know she understands the importance of this keepsake in their life.

I can tell you from first hand experience that ordering and navigating on B.Stamped’s Etsy shop is super easy. Brittany has tons of pictures for each listing to show what the item looks like, and her Instagram @bstampedbritt is littered with great real-life examples of people wearing the different pieces. When I was browsing around, I was amazed at all the options: from all the different styles of personalized necklaces, bracelets, keychains, ornaments, fishing lures, custom stamped silverware, sorority jewelry, Father’s Day gifts, and more, the most difficult part of the entire process is choosing what you want to add to your collection!


When I was going through Brittany’s Etsy shop, I had to recruit my husband to help me narrow it all down because I loved so many of her personalized options! I ended up choosing two pieces that I knew would get the most love – a mama bear necklace and an initial bar necklace that I could either wear solo or together in a layered style. I love having these custom made necklaces to wear, as they always remind me that I am a part of something so much bigger.

The 16″ gold filled mama bear custom bar necklace is the perfect way to honor my motherhood journey. The combination of the soft font and gold color makes this necklaces so delicate and feminine, and it’s a perfect staple for my Stay At Home Mom wardrobe! I also chose the 18″ gold filled custom personalized stamped bar necklace and had Brittany stamp it with “R ‘heart’ S” to honor my marriage to my favorite guy. I love how the uppercase typewriter print looks with the script print of the “mama bear” and they have been so versatile with more casual and more dressy outfits that I literally only take them off to shower, and then they go right back on my neck. 

While Brittany loves the creative outlet and making pieces that become treasures for her customers, she has found that balancing being both a mother and a business owner is incredibly difficult. Balance seems impossible most days, and Brittany has discovered that “juggling” her duties is a much more appropriate way to describe what she does! Some days she just wants to be a mom, and other days she just wants to take over the world with her business ideas! When she’s not busy creating beautiful handmade jewelry, Brittany loves spending quality time with her to boys. Whether it’s hiking in the woods by their (amazing DIY renovated) home, camping or just relaxing at home, she is the happiest spending time with her family.

The balance juggling is hard, but being her own boss and being able to grow her business in her own way has been the best part of owning her own business. Brittany has worked with many causes that are important to her, and she feels that B.Stamped is a real reflection of both her values and what’s important in her life. The flexibility of starting this incredible venture has let Brittany focus on being a mother while doing what she loves. Through B.Stamped, Brittany has really been able to discover what is most important and valuable to her in life, and to her, that feels like the biggest success of all of this!

    Hand stamped necklaces are in these days and you can't really deny why. It's so lovely and yet, it's very simple too, so it's easy to pair with whatever outfit that you have on. Love the back story!

    I've always been such a huge fan of the engraved metal trend. I absolutely adore the simplicity of the necklaces you showed in the first picture. I just celebrated my 1st anniversary, so I would probably want to commemorate that with a precious necklace like these! Thank you for introducing me to this shop!
