You’ve seen me wear this Love…Ady Strappy Handkerchief Hem Slip Dress several times before (check here for how I rock it with a chambray), and I just can’t seem to get enough! For a dress that I almost passed right by before taking a second look, it seems to be one of the pieces that I gravitate towards most, as its so fun to twirl and accessorize.
The hat is a more recent purchase (before we started our No Spend August of course) from Nordstrom and I think I may be addicted to felted floppy hats – is there a support group for that? Between this one and the Hinge Felt Panama hat that’s all over my instagram, it almost feels like I wear one daily! I can’t help myself, they are perfect for covering up when my roots start growing out and those pesky grey hairs start peeking through, and they’re my bff for second (third… fourth…) day hair. I’m really picky about what hats I’ll wear, and these two have passed all my tests with flying colors!
How gorgeous is this amazing custom wire wrapped stone necklace from Annies Nest Designs etsy shop?! Pictures don’t do this beauty justice! The turquoise color is phenomenal and goes with everything, so it has become one of my very favorites to throw on and go. The longer length means its perfect for layering (as seen here), or its substantial enough to rock solo. Make sure you’re following AND on Instagram, as I swooped this one up before it ever made it to her shop, and she’s always hosting flash sales and sharing discount codes!
This whole week and last week have been totally ‘off’ for us. H’s napping is all over the place, the smoke from all the fires is making our air quality beyond terrible which means no outside time and lots of going stir crazy from spending too much time inside. I seriously need to start thinking of fun sensory activities for H to keep him entertained and occupied (any suggestions?).
I’m definitely looking forward to this week being over and getting back into our groove and being somewhat productive, andplusalso one of our friends is coming to visit this weekend so we are super pumped about taking him out and showing him around town!
