This is so not a dress I’d normally go for, and I’m still a little on the fence about it, but the detailing is perfection. The dress itself is super lightweight and flows beautifully when I walk (so much so that I tend to get a little distracted and may have tripped over my own feet more times than I should care to admit) – it literally feels like I’m wearing a cloud every time the soft gauze fabric moves. I’ve been super into boho lately, and the aptly named Sundancer Dress’ crocheted neckline and sleeve details are intricate and delicate yet make a bold statement all while feeling like the perfect “throw it on and go” dress to look instantly put together.
Admittedly, a huge reason I purchased the dress is that I knew it would be the perfect backdrop to showcase every single Rayna Jaye headband, wrap and turban I have – and that’s saying something, because I may have a slight addiction to her Etsy shop. The Garden Marvels might be my current favorite, as its a light almost mesh like fabric which means it’s comfortable enough to wear all day and is perfect for the summer heat. The gorgeous bold floral print adds just enough of a pop of color and, in my humble opinion, is the icing on the boho cake.
If it was socially acceptable to do so, I would literally wear a different one of Rayna’s headbands with this dress every day.
