Hello sunshine!
Idaho has finally warmed up and (even with the scattered rainstorms) the weather is at that point where jeans and a sweater are too warm, but it’s not quite shorts and tank top weather either. This is my easy go-to these past few weeks, because there’s nothing more comfy than a cotton tee and denim.

I could be wearing sweatpants and a stained tee and still feel fabulous in an oversized floppy hat and sunglasses. These two accessories alone can cover grey / greasy / messy hair and puffy / dark eyes – at least two of which I’m constantly sporting. In addition to making you look extra put together when you feel the opposite, you’re protecting your eyes and skin from harmful UV rays – so thats a huge win-win in my book!

It’s no secret I’m a breastfeeding advocate, so when I found this Mama Con Leche top from Tiny Wears, I knew I HAD to have it in my wardrobe! I have to stop myself from wearing it daily, and it makes me giggle a little every time I wear it – especially considering we’re back to marathon nursing sessions now that H has started refusing foods again. My only suggestion is to size up as the tees run a little small, but I did hear a little tiny rumor that Tiny Wears may be introducing a new V neck style which will be even more nursing friendly! Denim shorts are a fair-weather staple, and these from American Eagle are some of my absolute favorites. The color is a perfect goes-with-everything medium blue, and theres just enough distressing to make them look and feel lived in. Anyone who knows me, knows I love my leopard print, and this bag is no exception to that rule. Cranberry Baby(TM)’s Diaper Bag has made me actually start carrying one out in public again. This bag can handle even the most Mary Poppins-esque of baby and toddler necessities, and the inside is wide enough to accommodate and contain all my cloth diapering and snacking needs. I used it as my carryon for a recent plane trip across the country with Hulk bebé and I was amazed at how much it could hold! I love that it comes with a detachable over the shoulder strap, which I always use because its so much more convenient for baby wearing, as well as a changing pad, wet pouch, and what they deem as a phone pouch but I use for food pouches or makeup. There are 6 inner pockets that are great for snacks, wipes, toys, crayons, phones, extra change of clothes, socks, shoes, and two outer pockets that I use for a sippy cup and to store my phone for easy access. It’s super easy to wipe down and clean up, and has been really durable – even when squished under seats in a plane and thrown in the trunk for long car rides!

These Sole Society ‘Natasha’ booties are an almost exact match to the Dolce Vita ones I’ve been eyeing at Nordstrom, but they’re cheaper – yay! The taupe color goes with everything in my closet and these round toe boots have been a best seller on SS since their debut for a reason –  you will wear them all. year. round.

Yves Saint Laurent Beaute Volume Effect Faux Cils Mascara: this is officially my new favorite mascara! YSL has outdone Dior in the false lash effect mascara game with their new triple-intensity formula. It only takes one coat, especially for daytime, and my eyes pop thanks to the intense volume, length and color the Faux Cils delivers. When I’m wanting a little extra drama, I’ll do two coats and add a little shimmer from my Naked Palette and even the Hubs remarks at how ‘huge’ my eyes and lashes look! I love that they’ve added in a B5 pro-vitamin to the formula, so not only do my lashes look gorgeous, they’re also being strengthened and protected as well!

    I seriously wish I didn't feel like a total doof wearing big hats, because they look so good on other people! It's not even that they don't look good on me, I just feel soooo unlike myself, haha.

      I used to think I looked ridiculous but now I'm a total convert! I think its just when you're not used to something, everything looks a little silly – I bet you'd look amazing in the right one!

    This is such a cool outfit! I really want to get a floppy hat. There's a t-shirt (it's actually a pj shirt) that I got from Forever 21 that I love. It's so comfy.
