Tis the season for stuffy noses and colds, so I do anything and everything I can to try and boost my immune system. There are three major antioxidant vitamins that are loaded with nutrients that are great for you and your health: beta-carotene, vitamin C, and vitamin E. While you can find them in colorful fruits and veggies (especially purple, blue, red, orange and yellow varieties), it never hurts to find a natural and organic, food-based vitamin company to ensure you're getting enough. NutriGold is easily one of my favorite companies, not only because of their organic and natural products but also because of their great company values. They sent me a complimentary sample of their Vitamin C Gold vegetable capsules to test out and review, and I am loving the health benefits I'm reaping from taking these daily.
